Some love stories begin quietly.
Ours began because someone loved us enough to insist we show up.
In 2021, my cousin, Christoria King, refused to let timing—or our reluctance—stand in the way of what she somehow already knew. She insisted I attend an Alphaversary event, and in that single moment, in a room full of people, we crossed paths for the very first time. It felt simple then—almost ordinary—but love has a way of arriving softly before it changes everything.
Not long after, fate came calling again, and Christoria answered without hesitation. Once more, she insisted I show up—this time to the Streets Calling bike ride. That second nudge turned coincidence into connection. What began as a few shared moments quickly became something neither of us could ignore. And before we knew it, we were choosing each other—again and again.
From that point on, life unfolded beautifully together.
Our love has been written across miles and memories, stamped into passports, and carried beneath sunsets around the world. Together, we wandered Italy—from Rome to Capri, Taormina, and the soul of Sicily. We found peace in Bali and joy in places like Tulum, Cozumel, the Cayman Islands, Riviera Maya, Key West, Sint Maarten, Anguilla, and the Dominican Republic. And then there is Jamaica—the place that feels like home to our souls—welcoming us back time and time again. Every journey deepened our bond, reminding us that no matter where we were, our greatest adventure had already been found—in each other.
Together, we’ve built far more than a life—we’ve built a home. One rooted in love, purpose, faith, and partnership. A life shaped by shared dreams, thriving businesses, multiple properties, and a beautifully blended family, held together by respect, laughter, and unconditional love. What we share is steady and sure—a soulful bond that brings comfort in quiet moments and excitement for all that’s ahead.
This love feels like alignment.
Like answered prayers.
Like timing that finally made sense.
And while our journey has already been filled with joy, growth, and countless blessings, we know—deep in our hearts—that this is only the beginning. We are overjoyed to step into this next chapter hand in hand, surrounded by the family and friends who have loved us, supported us, and prayed us forward.
Above all, we are forever grateful to Christoria—the bridge between two souls who found each other in this vast and busy world.
Thank you for loving us enough to insist.
We love you always, Christy.
